Meal Planner & Healthy Recipe Ideas
Finally, an app that actually gets what you need in the kitchen.
Recipe Roulette is your AI-powered cooking companion that takes the stress out of meal planning. Whether you're meal prepping for the week, feeding a family, or just trying to eat healthier without getting bored - this app has you covered. Best of all, it's completely free to get started.
Snap, Spin, Cook
Not sure what to make? Just open your fridge, snap a photo of what you have, and Recipe Roulette will create a recipe using those exact ingredients. You can also photograph a dish you love and the AI will reverse-engineer the recipe for you.
Or simply type what you're craving - "quick healthy chicken dinner" or "vegetarian pasta with lots of veggies" - and get a personalized recipe in seconds. Feeling adventurous? Tap "Surprise Me" and let the roulette decide.
Meal Planning That Fits Your Life
Create weekly meal plans built around your goals:
Eat healthier
Lose weight
Build muscle
Stay on budget
Set your household size, choose which meals to plan (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks), and get 3 recipe options for each. Don't love one? Swap it out with a tap.
Premium members can set macro preferences (high protein, low carb, balanced) for plans that match your nutritional goals.
Your Diet, Your Way
Recipe Roulette respects how you eat. Set your dietary restrictions once - vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, keto, nut-free, and more - and every recipe will be tailored automatically. No more scrolling past dishes you can't eat.
Swap Ingredients Instantly
Out of chicken? Tap it and see AI-suggested swaps like tofu, shrimp, or turkey. The recipe updates automatically with new instructions. It's like having a cooking coach who always has a backup plan.
Chat with Your Recipe
Got questions while you cook? Ask the AI assistant:
"Can I substitute the eggs?"
"Make this spicier"
"How do I know when the salmon is done?"
"Make this gluten-free"
Your personal sous chef is always ready to help.
Import Any Recipe
Found a recipe you love online? Just paste the URL and Recipe Roulette imports it - complete with ingredients, instructions, and nutritional info. Works with AllRecipes, Food Network, BBC Good Food, and almost any recipe site.
Smart Grocery Lists
Every recipe and meal plan automatically generates a shopping list. Ingredients are organized by category, duplicates are combined, and you can check off what you already have.
Order directly through Instacart without leaving the app. Your weekly shopping just got a whole lot easier.
Free to Use, Upgrade When You're Ready
Recipe Roulette is completely free to download and use. The free plan includes:
2 recipe spins per day
